With a strong foundation in real estate investments, she expanded her expertise in 2020 to become a land developer, specializing in residential and commercial projects in Los Angeles and Kern County.

With a deep commitment to social responsibility, she is now focused on nonprofit land development projects, dedicated to creating affordable housing solutions that empower individuals and families.

Personal Experience

Max Bacerra is the President and Founder of Pacificus IV Company, where he leads all aspects of operations, including policy, administration, and project management. With over 45 years of experience in planning and development, Mr. Bacerra is deeply involved in site selection, project feasibility, lease negotiations, and tenant mix for various development projects. He maintains strong relationships with national retail tenants, commercial brokers, and capital investment entities while working with both public and private sector contacts to advance projects. Academically trained in City and Regional Planning, Mr. Bacerra has held numerous leadership roles, including Community Development Director and Planning Director, and has recently retired as Chairman of the Board for the Housing Authority of the County of Kern. He remains active with affiliated housing nonprofits and serves on the Board of Directors for the Kern County Asian Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, through his firm, Max P. Bacerra & Associates, he has managed significant projects for local governments and private clients.

Based in Bakersfield, he Co-founded The Mora Partners and Gateway Development Partners in 2020, leading 12 major projects that currently boost the local economy. His background in Marketing enhances his ability to translate client visions into strategic, engaging plans. Outside of work, Eric enjoys sports and outdoor activities with his 5 kids, reflecting his belief in balancing professional and personal passions.

Principal and founder at The Mora Partners, Inc. a real estate brokerage specializing in Residential, Commercial, Development and Investments. Alex specializes in fix-n-flip, rentals, multifamily, development, and industrial. Alex's main responsibilities include overseeing all acquisitions, sourcing capital, and building strategic partner- ships. Devoted father of 4 children Alex and his family reside in Bakersfield, CA.

Alex went from being a first generation college student to one of the most successful real estate investors in Central California. Has been in real estate for the past 18 years and has flipped over 1500 single family homes. Host of REITribe, a local real estate investors meetup community. Current project highlights: 14 unit multifamily development ground-up; acquired 42 property rental portfolio of $7.5 Million.
